I think you need the DLC to get 100 completion on the achievements. The Content on this Site is presented in a summary fashion, and is intended to be used for educational and entertainment purposes only. Understone wasnt really worth it, you get 1 quest and some houses, but Traitors Keep was pretty good IMHO, I would recommend that one out of the 2.
